Ten Hag has been in charge of United 124 times since taking over in 2022, winning 69, drawing 21 and losing 34.
They lost at Tottenham Hotspur last weekend and had to come from 2-0 down to draw 3-3 with Porto in the Europa League. They travel to Aston Villa tomorrow
(Sunday) and Cole thinks Ten Hag’s United career is coming to an end.
“I believe Villa will win, I don’t see it going any other way,” Cole told สมัคร ufabet Sports.
“Erik ten Hag’s teams have been there before where they’ve been on the edge. And gotten results, even last night. It’s happen a lot. “
I think this is the end of him. This is not a great part of our job. (Being a pundit) when managers are struggling and it’s their way of life.
“But when I look at Man United and where they want to get to and then I look at Ten Hag. I think I’d be surprise if he’s still there come Christmas.”
The Dutchman has also faced criticism for his decisions on Marcus Rashford, most recently substituting him at half-time against Porto despite scoring and assisting.
Peter Crouch, who was on the same panel as Cole, said: “Some decisions, like the one with Rashford, I don’t think it helps him. “
To be 2-0 up and 3-2 down, they’ve got no control. It’s his team now and a lot of the starting XI are players he’s play with before. It doesn’t look good at the moment.”
